No Fault Accident Injury Support
The Catastrophic Injuries Support Scheme provides lifetime treatment, care and support for people catastrophically injured in motor vehicle crashes in Western Australia who are unable to establish the fault of another driver.
Under the Act, catastrophic injuries include spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, multiple amputations, severe burns and permanent traumatic blindness.
As a registered service provider, Affirm Care can deliver treatment, care and support to Catastrophic Injuries Support (CIS) scheme clients including:
- Complex Care and Nursing Services
- Social Work services
- Personal Care and Domestic assistance
- In Home Respite Care
Affirm Care’s qualified and experienced team come to you so the person needing care can remain in their own home and do not have to be moved to an unfamiliar location.
Our respite services are designed to be flexible and meet both the needs of the person being cared for and the primary carer’s needs. This can either be One off or regular intervals; planned or emergency respite when unforeseen events arise or as back up while your primary carer/s are on holidays or away.
