After careful evaluation and consideration of our organisation’s goals and priorities, we have made the decision to undergo a significant restructuring process. Regrettably, this means that our Support Coordination program will be closing, effective 7th June 2024.

We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that this decision was made with careful deliberation and with the best interests of our clients and stakeholders in mind. While we recognise the invaluable support our program has provided, we believe that this restructuring is necessary to better align our resources and services with our mission and vision for the future.

During this transition period, our team is fully committed to supporting everyone impacted. We will work closely with clients impacted to ensure a smooth transfer of services to a new provider. Our priority is to minimise any disruptions and ensure that everyone continues to receive the support they need.
